I bring over 20 years of experience in career development and designing and delivering learning for graduates, leaders, founders, and business owners. I focus on the mindsets for success and what makes professionals thrive and be successful in their lives, careers, and businesses.
My research in the tech sector on what enables female leaders and founders to pivot and to advance and accelerate their careers makes me uniquely qualified to coach women in career success strategies.
My career has focused on work with universities, startup founders, and business leaders positions me to coach your career pivot whether you are searching for your first graduate role, looking to advance in your current company, or pivoting toward a role in a new organisation or sector. Many of my clients choose to create their own jobs by starting up a company or social enterprise. Others are ready to take on board roles.
In 2019 I launched the UTS Techcelerator—a pre-accelerator to enable deep tech commercialization and startup pathways. Today, I direct iAccelerate at the University of Wollongong, which incubates your career and business ideas from startup to scale up. I know that graduates and professionals want to design careers that align with their values, passions, and purpose. Sometimes finding the right role or pathway is key. I work with my clients to gain clarity for their career as well as the support they need for that next step to success.
I have developed the programs and community called Accelerate You! to support choice makers and change-makers, who are pioneering in their fields, innovating, starting up and scaling up while making their lives and our world better. Accelerate You! programs provide a roadmap, process, and community that supports your success—as you define it!
